MFJ1 Series AC Valve Solenoid’ Usage
The MFJ1 series AC valve Electromagnet (hereinafter referred to as the electromagnet) is used in a 50 or 60Hz circuit voltage of 380V, as the control of the electromagnetic valve. The mechanical life of the electromagnet shall be not less than 600000 times.
An electromagnet within 85%-110% rated voltage can work normally. The electromagnet can be installed in a horizontal or vertical orientation. When installed vertically, the electromagnet suction does not include armature weight when it is in the downward movement.

MFJ1 Series AC Valve Solenoid Using Notice
Before installation should check whether the product is in good condition, the screw is loose or not, and the armature is flexible to slide or not.
When installing should check whether the length of the hydraulic valve rod extending out of the right end face is suit. When the extended length is equal to the h value in Table 2 plus rated stroke, the electromagnet is in the rated stroke position.
The hydraulic valve rod material stuck into the electromagnet shall be non-magnetic materials (such as stainless steel ICr18Ni9Tiorbrass and so on). If we use 65Mn steel magnetic material, electromagnet suction is reduced by about 5~10%.
When installing the electromagnetic valve rod, the O seal should not be too tight, otherwise it will affect the output of electromagnet suction effectively.
In the use process of the electromagnet, normal noise is allowed. When noise increases electromagnet should be removed for cleaning the polar. (When polar is not flat, can use 0~ 1#femery cloth to polish)
The use of the process should always check whether the installation screw fastening.
