What is TJ2 Series Brake
The TJ2 series brake (hereinafter referred to as the brake) is normally a closed contracting brake operated by an AC electromagnet, and can be widely used in hoisting and conveying machinery, stopping objects fall velocity and absorbing or rotary inertia of mechanical movement quality.
When the electromagnet manipulation of short stroke is powered off, a compression spring brake is used to maintain the braking state, when the electromagnet attraction, loose brake, so that agencies can operate.

Structure of TJ2 Series Brake
Brake lever is made from steel material, mainly composed of support, brake shoe, adjusting rod, spring and base, Brake shoe and support, support and the base are connected by a shaft lock, support side can be installed on the electromagnet, the main spring mounted in support of the above, the top of the adjusting rod is closing to the stop file of electromagnet, to increase the brake shoe with replaceable asbestos brake band.

TJ2 Series Brake Selection Notice
In order to select smaller models of brake and reduced installation position, the brake should be installed in the main drive shaft or on the motor shaft, since the shaft torque is minimum.
In the choice of the brakes, the basic parameter is the braking torque, which is proportional to the braking time. Decision and calculation of braking torque to meet the work requirements as appropriate.
In order to make the brake work with the braking torque as small as possible, can be adjusted by the nut change the main spring compression length, to achieve the force of the spring brake torque needed. Table 2 lists the technical data, which can be a reference for the user to adjust.
Machinery and equipment after installing the brake wheel, and then install the brake, the brake wheel must be approved by the equilibrium of dynamic and static, the surface finish should be no less than 7, and the hardness should be not less than HB=280.
The two brake shoe centre link must be approved by the brake wheel center. The deviation should be no more than 0.3 mm; the brake wheel deflection, ellipticity, and taper shall not be greater than 0.0005D (where D is the diameter of the brake wheel).
