MZD1 series AC single-phase braking electromagnet (hereinafter referred to as the electromagnet)used in 50Hz, the circuit voltage to 380V, mainly used as the operating device, matches with TJ2 series or JWZ series shoe brake.
The electromagnet is made to be an open type, protection class IP00.
The electromagnet mainly takes the rotary clap-type work structure, combined with the iron core, armature, and a coil.
When the coil is electrified, the armature is attracted to the iron core, then the armature stops the gear pressure in the brake rod, forcing the brake rod to move, so that the brake release. When the power is turned off, the brake is released under the action of the spring, the armature is separated from the iron core, and the brake holds the brake shoe, achieving the braking effect.

The electromagnet work system with intermittent long-term work system and repeated short-term work system,rated voltage of AC 50Hz,have both 220V and 380V.
Long term working system that TD=100%,the action times of no more than 20 times per hour,repeated short-term work system that TD=40% the action times of no more than 300 times per hour.
Under normal operating conditions the electromagnet life working on repeated short-term work system is 600000 times.
When the voltage for electromagnet is not less than 85% rated working voltage,the technical data see Table.
