About CHE tubular solenoid

The CHE tubular solenoid features a compact and robust design, engineered specifically for linear motion applications. It is an ideal choice for locking mechanisms and automation systems, delivering powerful force within a durable and space-saving cylindrical package.

Types of CHE tubular solenoid by Features

CHE Tubular solenoids are typically classified into three types based on plunger configuration and motion

T-type (push type)

The plunger extends outward when energized, providing a pushing motion. It returns via spring or gravity when de-energized.

L-type (pull type)

The plunger retracts inward when energized, delivering a pulling action. It also relies on a spring for reset.

TH-type (push-pull type)

A combination design that often features a through-hole or extended plunger, allowing both push and pull capabilities with higher force output, commonly used in applications requiring bidirectional actuation.

Technical Advantages

Our CHE Series tubular solenoids are meticulously engineered to deliver exceptional linear motion control, boasting an exceptionally high “force-to-volume ratio.” Unlike standard solenoid, our design focuses on maximizing magnetic efficiency within a compact tubular structure, ensuring consistent actuation performance even in demanding operating environments.

Whether you require a robust push-pull mechanism for industrial automation or a precision locking system for medical equipment, our CHE Series provides the reliability and adaptability your project demands.

FAQ
  1. Q:Do you offer custom tubular solenoids?
A:Yes, we can customize tubular solenoids.
  2. Q:What key parameters should I specify when ordering CHE tubular solenoid?
A:To ensure accurate selection, please provide: operating voltage, stroke length, required force at stroke, duty cycle (e.g., 10%, 50%, continuous), mounting type, and any environmental requirements (temperature, humidity, dust/water protection).
  3. Q:What is your typical lead time for tubular solenoid samples and mass production?
A:Standard samples: 5–10 working days. Custom samples: 10–15 working days. Mass production lead time: 20–30 days, depending on order quantity and customization level.
  4. Q:How are tubular solenoids packaged for shipment?
A:Each solenoid is individually packed in anti-static bags with protective caps on plungers and threads. For bulk orders, we use reinforced cartons with foam inserts to prevent damage during transit.

5.Q: What shipping methods do you support?
A:We support express delivery (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight, and sea freight. The most cost-effective method depends on order size and urgency. We can quote on FOB, CIF, or EXW terms.

  1. Q:Do you keep standard tubular solenoids in stock?
A:Typically, the resistance and voltage must be selected before customization takes place; therefore, we generally do not keep these items in stock.
  2.  Q:Can I get a datasheet and drawing before orderingtubular solenoid?
A: We provide detailed datasheets including force-stroke curves, dimensions, electrical specifications, to help you evaluate integration and performance.

8:Q:Can I get free samples of tubular solenoid?

A:Certainly. We can provide free samples, but the cost of the samples will be deducted from your next bulk order.
